What appliances do you service?
We service Washers, Dryers, Refrigerators, Freezers , Dishwashers, Ranges, Ovens, Stoves.
We do not service Microwaves, Dehumidifiers, Deep Fryers and small appliances like vacuum cleaner, mixer, blender etc.

Can I have a phone consultation?
We do not diagnose problems or provide estimates over the phone.

Can you bill my warranty/insurance?
We do not work with appliance warranty. You’ll have to pay us and then contact your insurance company for reimbursement.

What is the price?
We cannot provide the full price without diagnosing the problem. We charge an $87 or $120 Service Fee to come out and diagnose the unit, that amount is applied to the total bill if you decide to continue with the repair. The technician must see the appliance to diagnose and then provide the cost to repair based on their diagnosis.

How can I pay?
Debit, credit cards and cheques. You can also pay your invoice online.

Do you provide warranty for your appliances?
We provide warranty for our labor for 6 months.
The parts shall be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, which is usually 30-90 days depending on the manufacturer.

 Do you sell parts?
We do not sell parts.
