Professional and courteous. Would definitely call again if needed appliance diagnostics/repairs. The tech was very thorough and explained the diagnostics. Unfortunately the appliance was old and really didn’t warrant spending too much on repairs. Tech recommended replacing the 12 year old GE refrigerator instead of of repairs.
